1. Legitimate Financial Support
As a legitimate earning platform, Trade Vission ensures that no user loses funds due to technical errors. If a deposit fails to reflect in your balance despite a successful transfer, we provide full support to credit the funds or issue a reversal.
2. Digital Reward Non-Refundability
Coins earned through ad viewing and portfolio performance are considered digital rewards. Once these rewards are successfully claimed and added to your wallet, the action is final. Withdrawal requests for these coins are processed according to our standard payout timeline (24-48 hours).
3. Plan Activation Protection
Investments in Power Plans are non-refundable once the node is activated, as they provide immediate access to earning potentials. However, if a plan fails to initialize after payment, our administration will resolve the issue within 12 hours of contact.
Refunds are NOT issued to users found violating our terms, including the use of bots, VPNs, or multiple accounts. Banned users forfeit all claim to accumulated balances.
